From our Racing Rules
3.0 CIRCUIT REGULATIONS
3.1 Flags
The international motor-racing flag system is to be adhered to at all times.
a) Blue flag. If you see a blue flag, it means:
i. Practice/Qualifying: a car behind is trying to pass you. In practice it is good etiquette to let the following car past. In qualifying, you must give way to the faster car.
ii. Race: a leading car is behind you and is trying to lap you. Ensure you give him the racing line and allow an uncontested pass as soon as is safe and practical. This doesn't mean you must leave the track boundary.
b) Yellow flag: there is an incident ahead. It is advisable to slow down. You must NOT pass under yellow flag conditions. Take extra caution until the area is clear.
What we don't want is drivers using a yellow flag to gain positions. My thoughts are you should choose a path through the incident to get through safely & if you have gained a place you should give that position back. I don't have the time to watch everyone's race to look for infringements so that's where the gentleman agreement works, if you stuff up own up and redress. If you don't think it is redress situation carry on and the other driver can ask for the incident to be reviewed after the race. Lets not have a debate during the race who is right & who is wrong.
Anyway well done Josh on the championship & everyone else for making another great series possible. See you all Monday for the start of the DTM championship, time for some grip.

I had great fun slipping and sliding the 370Z's around, I had forgotten the fun/challenge they are to drive. Sorry to be able to only attend 3 Rounds of the series, Monday nights are tricky with family commitments. Well done to Josh for winning the series, Daniel and Jhonny for their podiums. Great to catch up with an old Ausfactorite GWyar too, and race against some new blood as well. Thanks to Cambo for running the series. Hopefully I will get to do some of the DTM races with you, fingers crossed. Thanks SRA. Duke
