Awesome racing all. Congrats podium . Sooo close Andy , those tyres looked gone , still had 60% on my fronts as just managed a gap to 5th but then spotted you ahead and at least had a little left to challenge, exciting racing

I love wet races and actually had some pace on the track tonight. Gutted to be turned around before the feature race had even got going. Great turn out again and it seemed to be fairly clean for the most part, didnt have any issues as I came back through the field.
Hopefully people can show a little more patience especially when the surface is slippery and we in a tight pack, it really was the only blemish on a great night of racing.

Thanks for sending those setups Chris and Wayno. Man, the wet was horrible for me. The tyres just didn't feel like they were working at all, had absolutely no front end grip and only felt somewhat confident after around 30 minutes. First race was a disaster. Started on softs after a top 10 quali and destroyed any chance with a pit stop and then a stop go.

The Porsche was well behaved in the wet so I had a good couple of races, no battles this time though. Glad to see the return of the news on the website! I remember I was quite chuffed to get a mention in the news for the first race I ever attended with you guys, not something I’m likely to forget any time soon, so it would be great to hear about some of the new guys who had strong races too.

I am happy to jump on the server at a designated time and date to do some testing, see if we can't extract a little more pace from the barge

Yeah I think we are man. I actually have used the time spent playing with my motion setup to put down some laps at Suzuka. Was testing out the setups you guys sent me. The car feels amazing there. It's so much fun making my way around that circuit. I know the setups are probably not specifically tuned for the track but just overall the behaviour of the car feels a million times better than Bathurst. I guess a somewhat flat tarmac will help that, however, and Suzuka seems very tame and drive-able.
I don't a bunch of free time to practice at a dedicated time, but yeah putting in some laps sounds cool if times match up. I sort of just jam in some seat time whenever I get the chance. I do like 4-5 nights of races per week (!) so there's hardly any time to dial setups in, etc. just for one car and track!
If you use Discord at all, add me on there. I use that mainly for all sim racing stuff and organising a practice session is much easier as it's real time, just drop a message. I only check the forum like here and there.
It would be awesome to have a Discord server for this group. I reckon it's a good place to attract people and build the brand. Most of my sim racing groups have some very active servers.
Also, the write ups are cool as. I didn't see much of it the first season I spent here in the second half of last year, but it appeared as if there was activity in terms of race reporting and general home page news in preceding months. Free time is always at a premium, I understand that fully. But glad to see them back!

May I suggest everyone uses crew chief? The spotter helps immensely... let’s have a clean couple of races tonight
