TRACK LIMITS Two wheels must be on the tarmac at all times. The tarmac shall be considered to be within the outsides edges of the white lines.
If you exceed the track limits in qualifying, do not improve your time on that lap.
Overtaking off the track and excessive cutting during the race may be protested. During the race only, a cut may be redressed by lifting out of the throttle (if safe to do so) for an appropriate amount of time.
Special note on Copse/Turn 9

Looks like my G27 is already toast. I think the first one I purchased in a few years back had to be replaced early too. After a bit of reading the problem is pretty common in new G27's.
I might be in a shit situation though as the store I got the wheel from has taken the G27 down only have G29's which are significantly dearer. If I was going to spend around $500 I would be considering the Thrustmaster and Fanatec alternatives. Not sure when I will get a chance to sort all of that out. May have to pull out the venerable G25 for another couple of runs.

I had same issue with my 1st G27, it did take a year or so to happen. After reading about it I pulled mine to bits and found the stupid plastic wheel on the end of one of the motors wears out in the center so the little plastic wheels ends up moving on the motor giving you false centers. So I glued it solid and it gave me and extra year. But knowing that you wheel is new , time for warranty replacment Had a good start to the race, pushed hard to try and catch leading group but wore the tyres quicker so pitted bout lap 15. Flat spotted the 2nd set about 5 laps in, saw I had a gap behind so pitted it get rid of them. But spun a T1 after leaving the pits so the gap to Bwana got fairly close., Pushed on to the end and maintain a gap. Well done Josh just too quick Here is and old photo I had of the above mentioned wheel

Good racing guys.got a good start.probably coul have grabbed lead but decided not to to avoid josh re entering after a minor off . Hung on to josh for awhile with Chris and menace not far behind. Pace was quicker than race testing so tires wore a lot quicker started to loose time on menace and cambo so tried the under cut and a long stint planned on second set. Came around T1 to find 2 cars at t2 at the speed l was doing and noticed the cars where out wide presumed they where giving room so went to go inside locked up big time and tapped menace midships.ruined that set. Followed menace into serve his stop go and get new rubber. Menace second stop go gave me a gap to manage till race end . Well done josh ,cambo and finisher's

It looks like I can get one for 570 which is about $70 more than a G29. Although it's 270 more that I got my brand new G27 for and that came with pedals. But I can get an adapter for G27 pedals to work for another $20. I'm just wondering if it's worth it. There's a lot of positive reviews out there for the T300 wheel.

For what it's worth. The Logitechshop has the G29 & G920 a bit cheaper than most other places for $379.00 delivered. Depends whether you can live without the independent shifter and just stick to the paddle shifters. Though the shifter combined is there for $445.00 www.logitechshop.com.au

Unfortunately my money is already tied up with PLE on the faulty G27. So my replacement would preferably come through them. However they are saying the because they can't replace it like for like that it will have to be sent away for inspection, could be up to two weeks. Seems like giving me a store credit and allowing me to pay the difference would be pretty much the same thing as replacing it, but apparently not. I am now dealing directly with Logitech and seem to be getting somewhere, although slowly. Might be stuck using the 25 for a few weeks yet.
Really surprised about the price difference. I have seen G29's with no shifter for $500+. Even PLE who are usually pretty well priced are $489 and that too is without shifter. Hopefully they just offer me one and I can cut the chords on this bad boy.
I'm not bothered about the shifter. I just use it for the buttons anyway and the new one doesn't have buttons and even though a g27 shifter is compatible it doesn't let you use the buttons. I think the 29 has more buttons on the wheel alone than the 27 had all up. Might be nice anyway. I could get a little USB button box or something for that part of my setup.
