Hey guys sorry for missing tonight. I've been super crook since Saturday morning and had to cancel pretty much everything, including the weekend races I run. Of course I've had to work which has been a real bitch but currently can only see out of one eye and only just today have started to feel any better in the body. I got home late tonight too so decided it would be best to not potentially wreck anyone's night by my literal blind driving, adding to my already regular lack of skill.....
Hope everyone had a good race and I will return next Monday for the GT3's. I should be cleared up in a few days, fingers crossed.

Small turn up.. but again enjoyed watching the replays, great close battles thru the field. FF cars dont seem to do well on tyres half way thru the races, I'm sure things would be different if we were all on the same fixture of vehicle.

Good nights racing. Had tyre trouble towards the end of Race1 so Race 2 made some changes to makes them last and was too slow so returned to high tyre wear for race 3. Always learning with all the different mods and now in the camp of hating FWD cars 😂

Unfortunately cambo it is rf2 fwd that suck AMS fwd is a joy to drive with controllable tyre wear. Has been brought up in the 397 forums many times but continues to fall on deaf ears

I hate the way FWD feels in rF2 as well. I thought it was just me. I don't drive them all that much and haven't in the past so I thought it was just me needing to get used to it. But on some tracks, these touring cars are an absolute nightmare to handle. I wonder if the strength of the OSW I use makes it even worse than on consumer wheels. Who knows. I very much look forward to the GT3 fortnight but always am nervous about how horrible the Merc is going to handle on the track we end up on.
On a different note, the hell my face and body was enduring last week has cleared so all looks good for Monday night. Work permitting, of course, which is killing me right now. Monday nights usually start late enough that it's never an issue even if I'm held up.

Unfortunately cambo it is rf2 fwd that suck AMS fwd is a joy to drive with controllable tyre wear. Has been brought up in the 397 forums many times but continues to fall on deaf ears I heard somewhere that a bunch of AMS content was officially coming to RF2, some deal with Reiza and S397. Hopefully they bring the fwd touring cars over and fix this in the process.

There's a bunch of cars and tracks that are coming over. Not that many, though. If you own AMS it's probably going to be very similar to driving it on it's own platform but for those that don't own AMS it would be a worthwhile purchase.
Also, buy AMS. It's awesome.
