Sorry I missed the last gt3 races, was having some random hardware issues and didn’t want to “crash” out of the race, lol. Hoping new gpu has sorted the problem.

Yeah I'm having hardware issues as well. Oculus demons just will not give up no matter how many times I feel I've exorcised them. Hopefully I'll be there.

Hey Chris sorry for the late reply, haven't been back into the forum after the races. Just random FPS and general smoothness. It seems to be OK in rF2 for now but every now and then stuff pops up that affects the overall performance.

No worries.
That was pretty much my issue too. I just threw horse power at it and it's smooth as now.

Glad to hear it. What's the longest stint you have done?
I have done a few 90 minute races and a 120 minute one. Definitely took me a while to work up to being able to use it for such long periods.

Havnt done more than 30 minutes l reckon , not because of the rift but just time poor . May give it a good run today as it’s cooler than usual .

A fan helps. Still air can make things a bit uncomfortable after a while. Depending on the weather of course and cooling solutions where you rig sits.

Yep run a fan on those hot nights , ‘being cooler’ was more about not going to beach or fishing 👍
