Tyres are going to cop a flogging, especially the front left.

Shocker.had reasonable pace and controllable tire wear but one to many offs and car felt weird.. Think realroad isn't implemented well in this conversion. Good thread on ISI forum at the moment about RR implementation in conversions . The ripple strips where lethal almost like they are wet. RR can be set for sections of track an here its very random. Even off the race line has same grip as on line m?

Thought I was in for a good race and was for the first 1/3 unfortunately the Bwana and Chris had issues which ended the battle prematurely. Rest of the race was a bit lonely but managed to finish with a big gap ahead and big gap behind. These conversions always se m to have something wrong, might have to stick with ISI tracks in the near future, nothing worse than hearing an issue with the track during a race.

Enjoyable race. Very uneventful which is a nice change. I wasn't expecting to have the pace of Josh and Menace without destroying my tires so reserved myself to a single tire stint - totally forgetting the mandatory rule - and hoping I could steal second if either of them ran into trouble. I'm not totally sure the real road is wrong, there were many different lines in various corners throughout the race. I found as the race went on I had more grip on my conservative line to preserve the front left than I had in the first half of the race. I noticed both Josh and Cambo taking similar lines to me in some corners which would explain the "randomness" of grip with no true racing line followed by all drivers. Well done to Josh and Menace. Solid racing all round.

I guess the RR thing may have been due to less laps run on previous night(maiata) and not a great deal of practice laps for GT3 based on livetiming records. To me some kerbs had good grip may be set at 60% and others well down say 30% didn't visually notice any increase in RR myself.

Thank god for that, well done Josh, I thought I had stuffed your race right up when you hit me, I tried to stay on the grass so you front runners could go past but I spun out on to the track and Josh had nowhere to go.
Hopefully I will go better next week lol.
Hey Cambo, can I give up all my points to change cars in the GT3 series, this Corvette is a pain in the arse and besides, its not going to make much difference to my results lol.

I should have prepared better for this race, I have not setup my HUD interface, and couldn't change pit options during race. I contribute my slower speed to the fact that i filled my tank thinking I would minimize pit times. Not to mention going off track while trying to mash my keyboard. Happy to have finished the race in 5th and looking forward to next week.
