I put in a support ticket early this morning but it's unlikely the servers will be updated before tonight. If they aren't updated before the start of official practice (7:30PM AEST) then we'll reschedule for next week. Sorry for the disruptions to this series lately, it's been too long since the last race and I hope we get back on track next week.

alright i feel like im a guest here so i will try to be polite. chris i think you overreacted there. i did not intentionally crash into you and i asked everybody to look over my lag in quali because i was willing to quit the race if it was dangerous for other drivers. will have a look at the replay. as for the fight we had later on, i didnt realize you were one lap down as i kept my display on the tire screen. even if i did know that you were lapped, we are racing. You wish to unlap yourself, you should go ahead and pass me. preferably without pushing me out - i give you the benefit of the doubt here. One guy who was lapped didnt give way for one entire lap, i didnt complain. i raced him, and eventually i passed. these races should be for fun chris, you shouldnt "hate" people because some accident happen, whatever the cause is. a bit disappointed with how this ended but thanks everybody and especially josh for organizing this league. was a lot of fun

As for fun I agree it should be, but I can't hide my frustration after being ploughed off the track after three laps, especially after I logged over 150 practice laps, regardless of the intent of the person who hit me. Yeah we did our best, but it's not our job to manage your connection. I'm not going to tell you or anyone that they can't race, that's your call. I said hating on you, because from my perspective you ploughed me off the track and then were completely unresponsive. You should be able to hear ts over your engine. I wasn't the only person frustrated that we couldn't communicate with you last night. This goes both ways, if traffic is holding you up then say something on TS. Once you started talking I was much happier, but there were definitely lessons to be learned for both of us. In future I will be allowing you more room for to account for the lag, but looking at last night there was nothing I could do I braked in a straight line at the same point I do every lap and got hit hard enough to fully rotate my car long before the turn in point, so it has to be you that leaves the extra space in those occasions, It will always be at it's worst when the closing speeds are high (so big braking zones generally). Hating doesn't mean that I hate you, I was just frustrated in the moment and the fact you weren't saying anything just pissed me off even more. Also when I did unlap myself I didn't push you out, it looked like you braked way too late into turn one, ran wide and left the track on the outside and then tried to rejoin immediately and caused a second lot of contact as I was coming through, at least on my end. This definitely compounded my frustration with you last night, again if your TS was audible to you it would have been a non issue, as I could have told you that I was just trying to get my lap back. So from my perspective I did do it safely and I would have done the same thing if I was taking a position from the car in front, you can't just re-enter the track after running wide especially if you know there are cars around. As for me. I'm quick to fire up I know that, but I'm always reasonable in the cold light of day and for what's it's worth I apologise for my rudeness. I'd like to say it will change, but I wear my heart on my sleeve and can't pretend I'm not pissed off when I am or was in this case. In my defence it's been ages since I have made contact with another car and it be my fault. I hold myself to a pretty high standard there and I expect the same from those around me. I'm always happy to help anyone with their sim racing. Whether it be technical or driving related issues. I have already spent plenty of time helping you already and wouldn't hesitate to help you again.

all good chris, i accept your apologies and i reiterate mine. not a problem there. the problem is that i can't play like this because it's frustrating for me as well. look at below print This is the exact moment you got magically hit from behind. im already sideways pointing to the inside while you are pointing to the outside. i can't take all that blame for something that IRL would be a 100% clean move. i can't make it up for the lagging neither as that would be unrealistic and counter-intuitive. im no expert of online racing - tho i can be relatively fast, i've only been owning the game for 2 months, technically a noob - so if thats what it is, then id rather stick to karting. i got your pm and i noted down your advises and tools, thanks again. i do realise now how important TS might be in a race. still the lagging is a major factor of frustration for both me and opponents so my decision to quit this series is the right thing to do i will defo try all those tools and let you know what are the improvements Thanks Francesco

It's just these little spikes that cause the problem and they don't seem to occur when when it's people racing in our corner of the world. I'm not suprised that's what you saw to be honest. I guess the packet that contained the info about your jink to the right went missing somewhere between Italy, America and Australia Sad to say it but it seems like the best course of action for the moment. I'm assuming you have made sure that your connection is not being shared by any other users etc. You definitely have the pace there is no doubt there. Good luck with the karting etc.
