Hi
I would really love to start racing again in Rfactor. I have not raced in many years but use to run my own website and leagues on rfactor 1 with full servers every night. It's been about 7 years now but i would really love to get into Rfactor 2.. I have not purchased Rfactor 2 yet but i did buy a racing wheel and a pc upgrade.. I was wondering what its like online?
Are there still plenty of Clans, leagues and servers running V8 supercars and other aussie events? Thing is, i have been searching all day and i have only found this and one other web site who race Rfactor 2. Surely i am looking in the wrong places.
Not sure whether to purchase lifetime online sub or just 1 year on Rfactor 2 but i tried Iracing and the cost has put me off..
Ill have to figure the game out again when i do but will look forward to racing you all hear.
Thanks

Yeh what jfonz said. Life time the best choice imo enough choices of clan to keep any one happy. Rf2 does need more effort for reward as it does a realy good job of simulating many aspects of racing. You can no longer just turn and gas and and not really hurt your tyres. Like anything the more input the bigger the output. Hope you come join us soon.

Do it ,just buy it, get the lifetime as in the long run you will be using rf2 over the others..

There is more racing than you can poke a stick at atm. I race four nights a fortnight and could easily double that if I had the time to commit. Waiting for the Tuesday night open wheelers to start again here at SRA, then I might have to make some tough decisions.
I made the mistake of buying a one year licence and then upgraded it after a few of years.
I have most of the sims and play them all fairly regularly, even pick up iracing and every now and then just to see how they are progressing with their technology. I always come back to RF2. It consistently delivers the most compelling race experience.
Hopefully see you on track.
