For the moment Thursday racing will go on hold due to lack of interest. If anyone does have any thoughts on what could be done better or if another night suits better.
Also if someone wants to run a series send me a PM

Always hard it seems with open wheelers . Maybe we need to look at which nights are favourable within SRA and amongst other communities so to clash least with them ? Not sure what it is with OW cars but numbers always seem to fade away .. Throwing some ideas ::: Historic night ? Open wheeler or sports car ? Enduro night ? Race day night (3 short sprints featuring 3 different classes on the one night ) ? Odd ball night ( obscure cars and tracks ? .. maybe a poll here and at other communities for a preferred night . Weekends have often been tabo but perhaps there are enough nerds amongst us who don’t have social lives after all ( would suit me lol )

If open wheelers dont seem to be the go, how about a classic series, maybe with the Lolas ( Howsons ) and the Lola T280s , Cobras etc, plenty of older tracks to suit the cars, Dont know if many would be interested but you never know.
Bwanas idea of an oddball series could be good, different cars every round, and plenty of good unusual tracks around to suit an oddball series.

IMO open wheelers struggle because you basicaly race against yourself. Races as fat and bwana suggest are more likely to keep groups of cars closer together so you can race your mate
